  • Can I pay my bill online?

    Yes! You can go here and pay your bill online using a credit card. You can also pay your bill by sending a check to N14985 Tieman Ave, Thorp WI 54771 or over the phone by calling the office 1-800-440-4990.
  • Can my payment be withdrawn automatically each month?

    Yes! For ACH withdrawal, please fill out and sign this form and mail it to us at:

    If you would like to use a credit card, please call the office, 1-800-440-4990 and we would be happy to help set it up for you.

  • How often do you bill?

    We bill residential customers on a quarterly basis(January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st).  Commercial customers are billed on a monthly basis.  We can also set you up on a bi-annual or annual basis if you would like.  
  • What can and can’t go in my roll off dumpster?

    Depending on what you ordered, general household waste or construction/demolition debris is allowed. Some items have a specific fee. You can see a list of those items here 
    You cannot throw away any hazardous material such as oil, car batteries or anti-freeze. Fluorescent light bulbs are also not allowed in the dumpster.
  • What can be recycled?

  • What happens if my pickup day falls on a holiday?

    Your pickup day will be delayed by one day. Any days following a holiday will also be delayed by one day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Tuesday, Tuesday pickup with be on Wednesday. Wednesday pickup will be on Thursday.
  • What holidays do you observe?

    Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
